| Chapter 1 It was a warm Sunday afternoon in late June, when Oded Fehr sat down in front of his computer and hit the power button. The release of his first major movie, The Mummy, had put him in a more comfortable situation financially and he really felt like he was finally going somewhere now. He was currently filming another movie, “Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigolo” in which he was playing a gigolo. So far it was great fun and he was enjoying the experience of a different role. He pushed long fingers through dark curly hair that was getting longer, falling to his shoulders. His popularity with the women had soared after the release of The Mummy last month. He’d been getting tons of fan mail, mostly from women who wanted nothing more than to sleep with him. Leaning back in his leather office chair, he propped his bare feet up as he waited patiently for his computer to boot up. He thought about some of the fan mail he’d been getting, and though he was flattered by what they said, he couldn’t quite understand what they saw in him. He was just like any other guy as far as he was concerned. He didn’t see himself as the sex symbol that the entertainment magazines were bound and determined to label him with. As a matter of fact, it was rather embarrassing. But all the fuss over him had gotten him curious and his brother had told him recently that websites were popping up all over the place about him and that he should really check into what they were saying. So, here he sat, dressed in a dark blue tank top and a pair of cut-offs on a sunny afternoon ready to surf the web. Holy shit! Oded thought to himself a few minutes later when the search engine he’d entered his name into pulled up at least ten websites that had been created on him within the last month or so. Deciding to start at the beginning, he methodically began to check out one website at a time. Several hours and ten websites later, Oded was about ready to quit when he clicked on a website called “Oded’s Dream.” Most of the websites were the same. They gave what little information there was about him that was available at the time and had pictures of him as his character in The Mummy, Ardeth Bay. Oded thought they were all fairly well done for what little the fans had to work with. As the “Oded’s Dream” website opened up, the first thing to pop up was a picture of him at The Mummy premiere. It was a pretty descent picture; it was one of the few were he felt he wasn’t grinning like an idiot. The website itself wasn’t much different than the others he’d just visited, but this one had a message board. He hadn’t noticed that on any of the other websites, so he clicked on the link to check it out. What he found dumbfounded him. Page after page of posts from fans filled the message board. It appeared that the website and message board had been created the very next day after the release of The Mummy. Oded stretched, yawned and rubbed his tired eyes. He wanted to read the posts, but he needed a break. And, after taking a glance at his watch, he saw that it was way past dinnertime and he was hungry. Leaving the system running, he got up and walked barefooted down the stairs of his condo to the kitchen. His body was stiff as he made his way over to the refrigerator. He’d been sitting too long; his butt was numb and his back ached. If he had time later, he thought he might go down to the pool and swim some laps before bed. He was just about done making himself a sandwich when his phone rang. Putting the knife down, he walked over to the phone and picked up the receiver. “Yeah,” he answered as he propped the cordless receiver on his shoulder and headed back to finish making his sandwich. “Hi Oded,” came a sultry, familiar voice. “What are you up to this evening?” Oded sighed. “Hey Trish. Not much, I was just getting ready to eat dinner.” He hoped she would get the hint. Patricia Barnett was Oded’s publicist. Well, actually, she worked for the company who handled his publicity for him. Trish was the one who’d been assigned to set up guest spot appearances on talk shows and interviews with entertainment shows and magazines for him. Oded had made the mistake of taking Trish with him to a cast party for The Mummy when they’d finished filming. She’d been very friendly and he was fairly new to the Hollywood scene, so he’d asked her to go with him. Since then, she’d been calling him constantly and rarely with regards to anything that pertained to making appearances and such. “Is there something I can do for you?” Trish laughed softly in what Oded thought she meant to be a sexy laugh, but truthfully it only irritated him. “You could invite me over, Oded,” she suggested in that same soft voice. Oded groaned inwardly. God, he hated being rude to people. It just wasn’t his way, but damn, if she didn’t back off, he was afraid he’d have to talk to Stan Martin, the owner of Martin Publicists, Inc. “I don’t think so, Trish. It’s not a good time for me.” He didn’t want to lie to her either; he hated lying. “Why not?” Trish pouted making Oded wince. He’d learned quickly that Trish could be the nicest person or the most obnoxious one. It all depended on if she got what she wanted. “Trish, please don’t do this,” he begged. “We’ve already talked about this and you know I am not interested in you in that way.” Oded grabbed the receiver that was wedged between his shoulder and his ear. “You are my publicist and my friend. That’s all it will ever be.” He heard a noisy sigh. “Oh alright.” The once soft sultry voice was now huffy and irritated. “If that’s the way you want to be about it. I was only trying to be friendly.” Oded sighed and closed his eyes, counting to ten. He would not allow her to ruin his evening. “Goodnight, Trish,” he said softly, but she had already hung up. Clicking the off button on the receiver, Oded finished making his sandwich, grabbed a bag of potato chips and a bottle of water, and made his way back up to the spare room he’d turned into an office. He would definitely need a swim later. There wasn’t much in Oded’s office. He had invested in a good computer and a good sturdy computer desk, but the rest of the furniture for now was stuff he’d picked up here and there. He had an old beat up four drawer metal filing cabinet that he kept important papers and what-not in. He also had gotten a hold of a huge double bookcase that he had mounted on the wall. It was completely filled with books of all kinds. He loved to read when he had the time. The only other piece of furniture that he had in the office was an old roll top desk that his dad had given him when he’d lived in Germany for 2 years. It had belonged to his granddad and Oded loved it dearly. Settling himself and his dinner before the computer, he ate his sandwich and began to read the posts. It appeared that there were about 3 ½ pages of posts since the message board had been started, so it shouldn’t take him long. So he thought, as three hours later he was finally finishing up reading the last post. He had read the 3 ½ pages of posts three times. He was flabbergasted by all of it. There was a group of girls, about 5 in number, that posted regularly. Tonya, Sarah, Sue, Nancy and Raegan. It was Raegan that held his attention and it was Raegan that caused Oded to go back and reread the posts three times. Why she interested him, he wasn’t sure. Her posts weren’t much different than the others, except she tended to hound those who tried to start rumors. Oded leaned back in his chair and tried to picture what she might be like. Her posts were usually pleasant and funny, so he guessed that she was generally a happy person. She didn’t operate the website, but she was relentless against those who tried to cause trouble on the message board, which told him she must be honest and loyal, qualities that he’d always admired in a woman. Oded glanced down at this watch and nearly fell out of his chair when he saw what time it was. It was after midnight! Good Lord, he’d been on the Internet all night! Oded sighed as he saved the website to his “favorites,” logged off the service and shut down his computer. He was tired, but he still wanted to swim a few laps before turning in. He would deal more with the message board tomorrow after he got home from filming Deuce. Standing up, Oded pulled his tank top off and tossed it in the laundry basket as he entered his bedroom. Walking over to his dresser, he opened the top drawer and pulled out his navy blue swim trunks. It was still hot out, but a nice light breeze was blowing in his open bedroom window. Trading his cut-offs for his swim trunks, he grabbed a towel out of the hall closet on his way down the stairs. The pool was located just outside his back gate, so he didn’t have far to walk. Oded stepped out into the warm night. His back yard was small, but he was beginning to collect a few things. He had a barbeque grill now and a plastic table with four matching chairs. He really hadn’t had time to entertain anyone yet, but he was ready if and when the time came. He walked barefoot to the back gate, the grass cool against the bottom of his feet, and worked the combination lock he had put on to keep intruders out. Once it was opened, he closed the gate behind him and continued on to the swimming pool area. The lights were off, but that was okay with Oded. He didn’t want anyone watching him anyway. Opening the gate to the pool, he stepped through and tossed his towel down on one of the lawn chairs as he passed it. He circled the pool to the deep end, and after checking the pool for any unseen obstacles, dove in. Oded’s long body sliced cleanly through the warm water. He dove down deep, touching the bottom before propelling his body back up to the surface to begin his laps. As he surfaced, Oded began to let go of all his frustrations of the day. He did his best thinking while swimming. It calmed him and helped him to relax. His well-toned body moved smoothly through the water. The only indication that he was there was the kick of his feet as he propelled himself through the water. Reaching the end of the pool, Oded dove under, twisted, and kicked off the side of the pool with his feet to send him back in the direction he’d just come from. He moved his arms with ease through the water, bringing his face to the side for air every few seconds. The warm water soothed him as he began to contemplate what he should do about Trish. To this point, she really hadn’t done anything wrong, except be a nuisance. He supposed he could talk to her again, reiterate their relationship and tell her that if she continued to harass him, he’d have to request that she be replaced by another publicist. Oded liked that idea, so he made a mental note to talk to her soon. He reached the other end of the pool and dove down, twisted and pushed off. Already he could feel himself winding down, the tension in his body disappearing. Raegan. The name popped into his head as if it had always belonged there. It surprised him so much that he forgot to turn his head to breath and he nearly inhaled a mouth full of pool water. He stopped swimming, bringing his feet under him as he began to cough and sputter chlorine-flavored water. All right, he admitted to himself when he could breath normally again and continued swimming. He was fascinated with the girl. So what to do about it? What could he do about it? He couldn’t very well just post a message to her, she could turn out to be some nutcase or she could be just a child, though that was unlikely. Her posts sounded way too mature for a child. How could he get to know her, before deciding on whether to meet her or not? You could post under a different name, anonymously. The thought came to him so suddenly that he almost choked on the pool water again. “Shit!” he growled as he stood up in the pool. That was the second time he’d nearly drowned himself thinking of Raegan. He wiped a hand over his face and headed for the edge of the pool. He’d done enough for tonight anyway. He needed to jump in the shower and go to bed. Ten minutes later, with his condo locked up for the night, Oded stood under the lukewarm spray of the shower, rinsing off all the chlorine from his hair and body. His thoughts wandered back to the message board and Raegan. He couldn’t believe he was contemplating posting on the message board under a fake name. He must be really tired or really hard up. He began to laugh at himself as he reached down to turn the water off. Sliding the shower door open, he stepped from the shower and grabbed the towel hanging from the rack. Running the towel over his hair and haphazardly over his body, he folded it back over the towel rack, grabbed his brush and began brushing out the tangles in his wet hair. Tossing the brush back on the sink, he turned the light off and made his way into his dark bedroom. Falling across his bed on his stomach, Oded quickly began to lose the fight to stay awake. He was exhausted and he was too tired to crawl under the covers. Well, it’s too damn hot anyways, he thought as he closed his eyes. “Odie” the name flittered through his tired brain. I’ll post under “Odie.” It was his last thought as he drifted off to sleep. The next morning Oded woke up late. Annoyed with himself, he rushed through his shower and hurriedly got dressed. Every time he passed his office the temptation to boot up his computer and post a message nearly overwhelmed him. He glanced down at his watch and contemplated the time he had left. It was at least a 20-minute drive to the studio, longer if traffic was a bitch. He was suppose to be there at 8:00 a.m. and it was now 7:25 a.m. “God damn it!” he yelled, frustrated. “Oh to hell with it!” He entered his office and hit the power button on his CPU. A few minutes later, he was staring at the message board and noticed a few new posts since last night, one being from Raegan. “Oh god,” he groaned, really wanting to read them, but knowing he didn’t have the time. Oded clicked on the new message button and a new screen popped up. Entering his false name of Odie, he tabbed over to the subject line and contemplated what to put. “Hello,” he typed. Oded snorted. “Oh yeah, Ded, that will really get her attention.” Tabbing to the message space, he stopped to think again. “Hi, I’m Odie. I’m a fan of Oded Fehr and just discovered this cool message board. You all sound like a great group and I hope you don’t mind me joining in.” Quickly, before he could change his mind, Oded clicked on the post button. He didn’t want to think about what he was doing or the fact that his heart was racing and his palms were getting sweaty. He shut down his computer and headed to the studio. ******************** Chapter 2 Raegan Lacy unlocked the front door to the duplex that she shared with her best friend, Nancy Walker. As she entered the duplex, she nearly tripped over Nancy’s cat. “God damn it, Nancy! I’m gonna kill that cat one of these days,” Raegan yelled as Nancy came in behind her. “Oh, come here, Pinker.” Nancy dumped her purse on the floor and scooped up the gray-striped tabby cat she had named Pink Floyd. “Don’t worry, baby, I won’t let that mean old witch hurt you.” Pink Floyd meowed loudly and began to purr as Nancy carried her into the kitchen, scratching the top of her head. Seeing the light blinking, Raegan headed over to the answering machine. It indicated that they had three messages. Raegan hit the play button and the machine kicked on, rewound the tape, then began playing. The first message was from Rick Collins, Nancy’s boyfriend. “Hey babe, I’m gonna be late tonight. Sorry, but Dave has me tied up here at the warehouse until at least 8 tonight. I’ll call you when I’m on my way. Bye.” “Did you hear that, Nance?” Raegan yelled at Nancy, who was in the kitchen feeding Pink Floyd. “Yes, damn it!” Nancy answered, obviously not pleased that Rick was working late again. The second message was from Raegan’s mother. “Hi Rae, honey. Just called to see how you are doing. I know you are at work, but I forgot for a moment what day it was.” She laughed. “You know how it is with retired folk, we lose all track of time. Your father sends his love. Call us when you can, sweetie. We love you.” Raegan shook her head with a smile. Her Dad had retired last year and he and her mom had settled in Naples, Florida, retirement center, U.S.A. Raegan had to admit, Naples was a beautiful place, but there were waaaaay to many retired folks there. The third message was from Main Street Veterinary Clinic. “Hi, this is Michelle from Main Street Veterinary Clinic calling to remind Nancy that Pink Floyd is due for her yearly shots on Monday. Please call us at 555-2354 if you can’t make it and to reschedule. Thanks.” Raegan leaned over and hit the erase button and headed for the kitchen. “Hey, Pinker.” Raegan reached down and rubbed the cat’s head. “You don’t need me to torture you. Nance has that all set up for you on Monday.” Raegan straightened up to see Nancy rummaging through the refrigerator. “So what’s for dinner, honey?” “Mud stew for you, germ!” Nancy threw over her shoulder as she moved stuff around to get a better view of what they had. “God damn, we got a lot of crap in here.” Nancy complained as she began to pull stuff out and toss it on the counter. “This has been in here for at least 2 weeks. Gross!” Nancy straightened up, holding a container that had something that used to be food, but now had green fuzz growing on it, and made a face. She tossed it in the trash. “Well, we ain’t got crap, because we haven’t been to the store.” Raegan grinned as she and Nancy looked at each other. “PIZZA!!” they yelled simultaneously. They both made a mad dash to the phone, laughing, but Nancy managed to snatch up the receiver first. “I’ll call, you clean up that mess in the kitchen,” Nancy commanded. Raegan stuck her tongue out at Nancy and walked away, her hand coming up behind her back and giving her best friend the “bird.” “Witch!” Nancy yelled as she hit the preprogrammed speed dial button for Pizza Hut. “Probate!” Raegan yelled from the kitchen. “Germ!” Nancy yelled. “Oh hi, yes, I’d like to order a large pizza for delivery. Yes, I’ll hold.” “Cockroach!” Raegan yelled as she began throwing old food into the trash. To an outsider it would sound strange to hear them calling each other names, but to Raegan and Nancy, it was part of their friendship. They had been best friends since elementary school, inseparable. They even worked together, commuting by car to downtown Los Angeles, where Raegan was a legal secretary and Nancy a computer tech for the U.S. Attorney’s Office. “Bitch!” Nancy yelled, switching to the harder names. “Oh, no, I’m sorry, I was talking to someone else,” Nancy suddenly apologized into the phone. Raegan started laughing from the kitchen. “That will teach you, twit!” Raegan teased, coming out of the kitchen. Nancy kissed her fingers, then turned around and smacked her ass. “Yes, I wanted to order a large pizza, stuffed crust, pepperoni lovers.” She paused for a moment. “555-0726.” Another pause. “Yes.” Another pause. “30 minutes? Great, bye.” She hung up the phone. “I’m gonna go check the mb,” Raegan called over her shoulder as she headed back to her room. Both Nancy and Raegan had computers in their rooms. They had started off with one, it being Nancy’s computer, but after seeing The Mummy and discovering a new hunk from Israel named Oded Fehr, and finding the website, Oded’s Dream, Raegan broke down and bought her own, because they were beginning to fight over Nancy’s computer. “Yell if there is anything new to report,” Nancy called as she settled down in front of the TV in her favorite recliner and grabbed the remote. Pink Floyd jumped up in her lap, rubbing against her, demanding attention after being left alone all day. Nancy turned the TV on and began flipping channels for anything good. It was only 6:30 p.m. so mostly it was news and sitcom re-runs. “God, we have got to get cable,” Nancy grumbled to herself as she turned the TV off, pushed the cat off her lap, and headed back to Raegan’s bedroom. Raegan was just pulling up Oded’s Dream website when Nancy entered the room. She threw herself down on Raegan’s bed and then rolled over on her side, facing Raegan’s back. She scooted up so she could see the monitor better and waited as the message board came up. “Looks like some new posts since this morning.” Raegan did a cursory glance down the list of posts. “Oh hey, there is a new girl.” Raegan clicked on the post and then read it out loud to Nancy. “’Hi, I’m Odie. I’m a fan of Oded Fehr and just discovered this cool message board. You all sound like a great group and I hope you don’t mind me joining in.’” “Cool, a new girl, but Rae? What the hell kind of name is Odie? Isn’t that the damn dog from Garfield?” Nancy asked as she rolled onto her back to stare up at the ceiling. Raegan laughed. “Yeah, I know. It is an unusual name, but maybe it’s short for Odessa or something like that.” “Odessa?” Nancy sat up, laughing. “Oh my god, who would name there kid Odessa?” Raegan smiled as she clicked on the reply button and typed in a quick welcome to Odie and hoped that she would continue to post with the message board. By the time she was done reading off the other messages to Nancy, the doorbell rang. “Pizza!” they chimed together. Nancy went to answer the door, while Raegan logged off the Internet. After paying for the pizza, they settled at the kitchen table with plates and soda and began to eat. “Hey, what are you going to want for your birthday, Rae?” Nancy asked as she took a big bite of pizza. “A date with Oded,” Raegan answered taking a drink of her Dr. Pepper. “Or better yet, Oded naked in my bed.” Nancy snorted, then started coughing. “Oh sure,” Nancy began after she quit coughing. “I’ll just run down to the mall and pick up one naked Oded, wrap a red ribbon around his luuwvsteeck, and stick him in your bed.” Raegan stopped in mid-bite and considered it. “Cool,” she answered with a nod and bit into her slice of pizza. Nancy rolled her eyes up and laughed. “Come on, seriously, Rae. Your birthday is the end of next month. What do you want?” Swallowing, Raegan thought a moment, then answered, “I don’t know, Nance, I’ll think about it and get back to you.” “Alright, that’s cool,” Nancy replied. “Just don’t take too long.” “What are you and Rick gonna do tonight?” Raegan asked, finishing her slice of pizza. “Not anything if he doesn’t get his ass over here soon,” Nancy grumbled taking a sip of her Pepsi. “He’s been working late a lot, it seems,” Raegan commented casually. Nancy gave her a warning look. “He’s not screwing around on me, Rae.” Raegan blinked at her, a bit surprised, then began to laugh. “It never occurred to me that he was, you twit.” She reached over and playfully smacked Nancy across the head. “If I thought he was, I’d say so. You know that.” Nancy sighed and nodded. “I know. I’m just pissed. He has a new supervisor, Dave, and this guy wants to do a complete inventory, even though they just did one two months ago. It’s so stupid.” Just then the phone rang. Raegan got up and snatched up the receiver. “Oded’s Stud Service, we rope em, he pokes em.” Raegan heard another coughing snort behind her as Nancy nearly fell off the chair in a fit of hysterics. “Ah, Rae?” came an uncertain familiar male voice. “Oh hi, Rick.” Raegan smiled, turning to look at Nancy, who was doubled over trying to catch her breath. “How ya doing? You on your way yet?” “Yeah, tell Nance I should be there in about 15 minutes. We can still catch the late movie if she wants,” Rick answered. “Will do, see you in a few.” Reagan hung up the phone. She looked over at Nancy who was finally starting get her laughter under control. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. “Oh god! I can’t believe you answered the phone like that. My sides are aching,” Nancy said as she took a deep breath. “What if that had been your mom? Oh worse, your dad?” Raegan shrugged. “Mom would have laughed once she got it, Dad on the other hand. . .” She trailed off without finishing, knowing full well that Nancy would know how her dad would react. “Anyway, honey boy said he’ll be here in 15 and he’ll take ya to a late movie if you want,” Raegan informed her as she grabbed her plate and empty Dr. Pepper can and took them into the kitchen. Nancy was right behind her with her dirty dishes. “Hmmm, think I can get him to take me to see The Mummy again?” Nancy asked. “Let’s see, how many times would that make?” Raegan asked, beginning to mentally count on her fingers. “Ummm, counting the times I’ve seen it with you, by my self and with Rick? 10 times, I think.” Nancy smiled proudly. Raegan rolled her eyes, shaking her head. “You would think we would have better things to do with our time and money then to go and see the same movie over and over just because of one man.” “Oded Fehr. 6’2” sexy Israeli, long luscious curly black hair, goatee, intense brown eyes, full kissable lips.” Nancy began counting off Oded’s finer qualities. Raegan groaned. “Can I come? Please? I promise I won’t be any trouble. I’ll just sit quietly and drool.” Nancy laughed and shook her head. “Nope, sorry. I don’t do threesome dates.” She headed back into the dining area. “Scum!” Raegan called out as she began to clean off the dishes and stack them in the small dishwasher they had. “Transient!” Nancy called back over her shoulder. Just then the doorbell rang. “Just tell him he owes you. Rather than sending flowers, he has to take you to see Oded,” Raegan called as Nancy headed to answer the door. “Hey, that’s good!” Nancy answered. “Nothing like a little guilt trip to get him to do what I want.” Nancy opened the door to find Rick Collins standing there with an apologetic smile. “Hey creep.” Nancy feigned annoyance. “Um, hey Nance.” Rick tentatively stepped forward and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. Nancy and Rick had been dating for 6 months now. He had actually been a blind date that had worked. He was tall, 6’4”, and solid. He worked out regularly, so his muscles were well toned, but without looking like a bodybuilder. He had short, sandy blond hair and clear blue eyes. It had been instant lust for Nancy, and then once she realized he had a sweet personality to go with those rugged good looks, she’d fallen head over heels for him. Oded was the only other man who had even remotely caught her attention since meeting Rick. And there was no ignoring Oded Fehr! “You’ll have to do better than that, if you want to make up for this!” Nancy glared up at him. Rick dazzled her with a smile, then slipped his arms around her waist and dragged her up against his hard frame as he lowered his head and kissed her hard. Nancy’s hands grasped at his broad shoulders as he lifted her up and propelled her back against the wall. Nancy let out a muffled grunt as her back hit the wall, but she didn’t complain. She only wrapped her arms and legs around him and kissed him back. “Oh for Christ’s sake, will you two take that shit into the bedroom before you blind me?” Raegan yelled as she came out of the kitchen to find them wrapped around each other. “I thought you were going to the movies.” Nancy giggled as Rick stiffened and slowly lowered her to the floor, releasing her. He turned to face Raegan. “Oh hi, Rae.” He smiled; a light blush working its way up his neck. He cleared his throat. “I didn’t see you there.” “Of course not. You were too busy sucking up to my best friend.” Raegan smiled sweetly. “Of which you plan to go see whatever movie she wishes, right?” Rick nodded, sensing something like doom settle over him. “Why do I get the feeling I’m gonna regret this?” Nancy winked at Raegan then smiled up at Rick. “I haven’t a clue as to what you are talking about honey. I gotta go change my clothes, so I’ll be right back.” Nancy grabbed Raegan by the arm and dragged her off to her bedroom. Raegan dropped onto Nancy’s bed as Nancy went to her closet and pulled out a blouse and a clean pair of blue jeans. “What, Rick kisses you senseless and now I’m forced to watch you change clothes?” Raegan asked. “No, duffus. I just wanted to know what you are gonna do tonight?” Nancy laughed as she took her clothes and headed for the bathroom that was attached to her room. “I’ll change in here so as to not offend your delicate sensibilities.” “Bite me, twit!” Raegan responded as she lay back on the bed. “So?” Nancy called out from the bathroom. “I don’t know, I think maybe I’ll play around on the computer for a bit, see whose hanging about, then go to bed,” Raegan answered. “I saw Billy hanging out by your desk today. Is he still hounding you about getting back together?” Nancy asked, peering around the bathroom door. Raegan’s jaw clenched and her body tensed. Billy Bronson was an Assistant U.S. Attorney that worked over in the Criminal Division. He’d come to work for the U.S. Attorney’s office about 6 months ago and had met Raegan, who worked in the Civil Division, when one of her attorneys had a civil case against the same guy that Criminal had a case on. They had hit if off really well and he had asked her out. They dated for a few months, then right after The Mummy came out Billy started acting weird. He didn’t like the fact that Raegan liked Oded Fehr. He was jealous and started getting possessive. After a few weeks of his shit, Raegan told him to take a hike. That had been two weeks ago and Billy was still hounding her to get back with him. “Yes, Billy is still after me to get back with him,” Raegan answered, her good humor gone. “Sorry, Rae. Didn’t mean to ruin your evening,” Nancy apologized as she came out of the bathroom to stand next to the bed. Raegan smiled up at Nancy, “Get out of here and go see Oded. Drool some for me, too!” “Okay, will do,” Nancy answered as she headed out of her bedroom. Raegan followed. After Nancy and Rick had left, she headed to the kitchen to finish cleaning up. By the time she made it back to her computer it was almost 10:00 p.m. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ What If - Chapters 3 - 4 |
